Celebration breads have an ancient history, rich in symbols of love, fertility, family and prosperity.
If you would like to bake your own, please join the Korovai Class!
The korovai is a traditional wedding bread from Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria, but it can also be served at naming ceremonies and other great family celebrations.
This class is for 2 to 3 participants maximum and makes a perfect day out for brides-or grooms-to-be and their friends or family. Create your own unique, traditional wedding bread from a rich, buttery, yeasted dough flavoured citrus, rum and vanilla, and a second, white dough with which you make your decorations.
Cost: £225 per person, including lunch and your own large, beautiful korovai to take home.
Time: 10 am to 3 pm.
Dates by arrangement – please enquire.
