The Gluten Free Bread Mastery course is for one or two people only, meaning that we can tailor it to suit your personal experience.
The course combines the highlights of Deliciously Gluten Free Artisan Bread and Naturally Gluten Free Sourdough Bread, and if you see a particular bread there you’d like to bake, you are welcome to ask.
Novice gluten free bakers will learn how to blend your own flours to make simple, yeasted GF breads, rolls and pizza, and then how to build a GF sourdough starter, and turn it into amazing baguettes, boules and sandwich loaves.
More experienced bakers will enjoy building their repertoire and finessing their experience of a wider range of flours, and their understanding of sourdough starters, leavens and long fermentation techniques.
