Day Courses
Dragan and Penny have taught thousands of people how to bake real bread, pastries and pizza, from serious eight-year olds to excitable eighty-year olds. We believe that baking your own bread at home can make a significant difference to your physical health and personal wellbeing, as well as being better for the planet. In fact, we’re so keen to keep teaching, we live at the School!
Our Day Courses combine practical tuition, clear explanations and plenty of fun. We’re happy to teach one-to-one, and even our largest classes (6 people) are small enough to allow for lots of individual attention. Lunch and refreshments are included in the price, as is a copy of the relevant course book (to avoid you having to make notes with sticky fingers!)
And of course, you’ll be leaving with lots of beautiful, artisan breads, pastries and pizza – hand-made by you!
